Overall Description

As a member of Shiseido Global IT Leadership team in Head quarter, you will be a part of leading IT governance for Shiseido. 
This position is to facilitate and expedite some of the global IT governance pillars such as IT resource controlling, IT Finance, IT procurement, IT service portfolio, KPI tracking, and more.
Act as a bridge of Global and Regions, you will be the contact person of your area from  6 Regions (Japan, APAC, China, Travel Retail, EMEA, and Americas) in HQ.
You will behave as coordinator of your area to internal / external stakeholders e.g., HQ executive expectations.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

* 2 or 3 items will be assigned from following IT Governance operations
IT Strategy Planning PMO  ( Business plan and Enterprise Architecture planning )
IT Portfolio Visualization  (Financial resources and Human Resources portfolio, Application Systems portfolio)
Global IT Governance process’s operation and its improvement (Demand Management, IT Finance, IT Procurement)
Global IT procurement operation and its improvement (Contract, global charge, negotiation, vendor performance)
IT Finance operation (Cross region charge , etc..)
 

Requirements

 

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology area or equivalent
- Business proficient in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
- 10 years experience in IT project, end-to-end solution delivery, and operation (all project and IT life cycle)
- PMP or equivalent project management knowledge and skill is a must
- Good understanding of information security and compliance requirements
- ITIL Foundation level of knowledge and experience
- Strong in collaboration and communication in stakeholder management
- Problem solving capability with strong logical thinking and data/situation analysis skill
- Mindset to challenge new journey and enthusiasm to learn and explore it with curiosity 

 

Desired Qualifications

- Masters degree in information technology / business administration would be preferable
- Professional knowledge on multiple information technology domains
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT services and operations by writing down detailed implementation plan
- Experience in contract negotiation with global IT partners
- Strong in negotiation and facilitation with excellent communication skills with senior leaders
- Working within a well-defined service management environment based around ITIL practices
- Experience in COBIT / TOGAF deployment globally
- Working experience in both Japanese and non-Japanese company or consulting experience in multi national companies
- Experience in projects by Agile and/or DevOps best practices
- Good knowledge of IT securities and IT risk management
- Experience of global matrix environment
