●Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled SuccessFactors Support lead to join our team, with a strong working knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and payroll processes.
The ideal candidate will be in-charge for providing operational support to ensure seamless payroll execution and compliance with HR operations.
●About the Role:
In this role, you will take the lead on one of our key Payroll HR applications, driving support operations and spearheading new payroll-related projects.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless payroll execution, and maintaining compliance with HR regulations.
As a lead, you will be expected to
1. Manage and optimize the performance of the Payroll HR application, ensuring business continuity and efficiency.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new payroll initiatives and enhancements.
Provide expert guidance and support to the HR and payroll teams, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely resolution.
3. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize payroll operation teams.
●Requirements:
1. Oversee and manage the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
2. Hands-on in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong emphasis on Japan's Employee Central Payroll.
3. Offer expert guidance in resolving bugs and defects and validate proposed technical and functional changes.
4. Assist HR and payroll teams in executing payroll runs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while managing stakeholder expectations.
5. Collaborate with internal/external payroll teams to enhance payroll and time management processes.
6. Manage regression testing, including the creation and updating of test scenarios, and validation for ongoing and upcoming ECP projects/change requests.
7. Adhere to established governance processes and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize payroll operations.
9. Stay current with payroll systems, regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
Language: Japanese (Business or Native Level), English (Business level)
Minimum 5+ years of IT project or support experiences is a must
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central Payroll.
In-depth understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
●Preferred Qualification:
SAP certification in Employee Central Payroll is nice to have
Time management and other SF HR module knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
