Purpose of the Position

 

  1. Lead the design, plan and management of Global Marketing solution in CTM (Concept to Market) stream
  2. Implement the global solution by adopting the standard, best practice of business processes and data standardization.
  3. Be the guardian of the global solution for the standardization of Marketing processes and data
  4. Manage the requirements for business processes and data from system point of view in alignment with Global solution, legal & compliance requirements from all regions
  5. Approve-reject the Change request based on the business benefit, criticality, system impact, regression to other regions
  6. Collaborate with cross streams for integration topic/solution
  7. Support the AMS team to resolve any major high priority/ critical incidents

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Execute the global standardization of the Marketing (Concept to Market) Solution 
  2. Communicate and regularly support the Global Business Process Lead, global business process experts across regions and with senior leadership in making decisions (including the associated business benefits).     
  3. Support and approve solution change requests, enhancements, functional design specifications and technical design specifications. This also includes supporting and follow-up actions from Solution workshops
  4. Manage the change requests for global core functionalities and local requirements together with the GBPL
  5. Drive technical cutover and support go-live preparation and transition activities

 

Requirements

 

Competency / Qualification, Education, Experiences etc

  1. Understanding of Shiseido business and system related to CTM function
  2. More than 12 years of experience in Marketing solutions, ITSM, ServiceNow and integration experience
  3. English (Business Level)
