Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose of the Position & Key Responsibilities

1.   Responsible in design, plan and management of Global solution in Procurement using Ariba and integration with S4
2.   Responsible for design review and approval of Functional Specification
3.   Responsible to  address the Integration topics –Ariba, S4, MDG, OpenText
4.   Responsible for Integration Testing and Quality review of the solution 
5.   Responsible for the Cut-Over Go-Live preparation, Transition and cutover activities
6.   Responsible for Post Go-Live & Hypercare Support 
7.   Responsible to work closely with partners on the solution delivery
8.   Responsible to support and approve solution change requests, enhancements, functional design specifications and technical design specifications.
      This also includes supporting and follow-up actions from Solution workshop
9.   Support the AMS team to resolve any major high priority/ critical incident
10. Implement the global solution by adopting the standard, best practice of business processes and data standardization
11. Be the guardian of the FOCUS global solution in procurement space
12. Communicate and regularly support the Global Business Process Lead, global business process experts
13. Oversee FOCUS planning, execution, reporting and related escalation management. This also includes decisions on the implementation priority,
      release windows 

 


Requirements

1.   More than 8 years of SAP experience in design, development and implementation of Ariba and integration with S4 with good understanding of
      procurement processes
2.   Experience in upstream and downstream modules like - Sourcing, Supplier Collaboration, Buying and Invoicing, Supplier Lifecyle performance,
      Contract management, Risk management, Contract management
3.   Cross functional/Application and Integration experience.
4.   English (Business Level) 
5.   Has strong motivation for innovation / change
6.   Has a global mindset
7.   Experienced project and change management practitioner.
8.   Project Management and Coordination skills usable for virtual, cross-cultural teams
9.   Able to solve complex, inter-related problems at a strategic level.
10. Ability to build successful working relationships with global and regional management stakeholders
