Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)


1. Business Planning Responsibility
Lead Brand Mid Term plan from Regional business perspective and set annual business priority (with KPI) in collaboration with cross-function partners. 
Draw up SWOT in each region in order to maximize Sales/BM and Brand Equity based on the analysis of market/consumer trend, survey or data as a strategist for regional business. 
Supervise and play liason role for brand marketing guideline to brand team in regions and markets.

2. Execution Responsibility
Build partnership with RHQs and able to drive to key priorities. Organize session(s) to penetrate and discuss Brand Mid Term Plan to each Region and support the execution. 
Prepare Regional Business Report/Performance Review based on Brand Finance Team’s analysis (SFD) and input key takeaways to SGBU stakeholders.
Executional support to RHQ business (information, SN, business model and IT from BH side and Governance of brand business in each region (Asset usage, VI, VMD and channel).

Align Brand distribution channel strategy and instruct optimized channel strategy or develop new channel (incl.EC).
Development of new business opportunity focusing on market & channel based on Brand Mid Term Plan.
Set SRP guideline and align, instruct and monitor SRP of affiliates markets..
Collect Marketing Calendar from each region and keep visibility within SGBU stakeholders.

Involved in S&Op process and manage Order Forecast (FG sellable and POSM) in order to maximize fil rate of each SKU and to minimize E&O and OSS.
Measure against Grey Market
Coordination of Area specific strategy/product/communication with SGBU stakeholders.
Logistics support to Alive Summit.

- Brand marketing, global experiences preferred
- Working experiences directly in or related to China, travel retail is plus
