Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
As a core member of consolidated operations in the Shiseido Group, lead the overall management accounting processes and solve the business issues that cross the region or brand from financial perspectives.
1. Managerial Consolidation
- Build the global consolidated figures and analyze the variation factors and identify issues on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in order to achieve the global targets announced to external.
- Contribute to company decision-making by providing insight to corporate officers and related parties (business partner / department members).
2. Consolidation system management/operation
- Lead the monitoring of operational flow and status in cooperation with the IT department so that the management accounting system operates stably.
3. Global rule and process/Problem solving
- Set/Revise the standardize global rule and process for operational efficiency.
- Proactively involve cross-region's project as core member to solve critical finance issues and improve the internal process.
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
- Knowledge of accounting policies
- Knowledge of management accounting system
- Skills and experiences of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
- Minimum 8 years experiences of years in accounting or finance experience. CPA/MBA a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to work cross functionally.
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues.
- Leadership ability.
- English level (Business level English)
