Purpose of the Position

 

  1. This role is responsible for global change management activitiesplanning and supporting the deployment activities that will be required for a region as a result of implementing the global solutiontemplate (FOCUS). The role will cover a wide span of activities including business readiness preparation (process fit), business role readiness, change impact assessment, change planning, communications, organization design and make sure that the deployment activities  (UAT, data migration,  training, cutover and hyper care) are done properly as planned 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Formulate strategies, approaches, tools and templates for business change and readiness including culture, organizational design, job design, role design, transition planning & execution and readiness tracking
  2. Define the plan to manage relationships among project stakeholders with the aim to achieve appropriate stakeholder engagement levels
  3. Help uncover the political landscape while attempting to implement change by identifying individuals who will assist with the change (change sponsors) as well as those who may potentially hinder it 
  4. Be the interface between the regional deployment and BTF to ensure clear (tangible and measurable) business outcomes have been identified and agreed. This role will also ensure that outcomes are aligned to the agreed business case
  5. Work with the regions / deployment sites to develop detailed change management plans and scorecards to track and ensure business readiness for a transformational change
  6. Lead and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders to identify solutions / workarounds for situations where the global solution does not cater for localized requirement
  7. Provide key input on business readiness during go/no-go decision
  8. Monitor and report on local roll out readiness to program management
  9. Make sure that all the below change management activities are properly and meet FOCUS global solution and guideline
    a.    Change impact analysis
    b.    Training needs analysis
    c.    Role Mapping
    d.    Local Cutover on change management and business readiness
    e.    Hypercare and Planning Adoption

 

Requirements

 

Competency / Qualification, Education, Experiences etc

1.    Extensive hands on Business Change and Readiness experience involving complex transformation programs
2.    Experience in managing large sized / multi-site teams
3.    Experience with influencing diverse stakeholders and leading them to pre-defined / specific outcomes
4.    10 yrs. Change Management experience   
5.    English (Business Level) 

 


Desired Requirements 

1.    Knowledge and understanding of SAP is desirable
