Roles & Responsibilities


Arrange export shipments to inter companies with optimized service lelvel in order to contribute on local business
-Conduct order management with inter-companies
-Execute export shipments and appropriate communication with affiliates
-Manage complaints and connect with related departments
-Create/Maintain freshness guideline and cascade to affiliates/RHQs
-Manage 3PL/costumes brokers
-Plan/conduct Export Process improvement /standardization
-Plan/conduct projects to improve logistics agility and cost
-Comply Trading regulations
-Proactively attend global logistics community of the company





Professional knowledge on international trading and logistics
Strong leadership to involve different stakeholders for transformational initiatives
business oriented mindset 
Business level of English and Japanese/communication skills with people from different culture
preferred : ERP user experience
preferred : basic knowledge of cosmetics regulations
preferred : people's management skill
