Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycles, from concept to launch, for brand Shiseido digital products, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and timeline objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and user stories.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Effectively communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
- Manage project risks by identifying potential issues, providing mitigation strategies, and adapting plans as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Apply user-centered design principles to ensure products meet user needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine product features.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of features and functionalities.
- Drive digital product launches, including coordinating marketing and communication efforts to maximize product visibility and adoption.
- Continuously monitor product performance and gather insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay informed about emerging digital technologies and industry best practices to inform product development strategies
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
Functional Competencies /
- 5 years of experience in digital product management and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, user stories, and product specifications.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. /
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
