Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the HR data center of excellence, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data. This role involves collaborating with various HR departments and stakeholders to meet data management and reporting needs. The Specialist will also provide support and guidance on data-related matters to HR teams and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR data systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and implement data management and quality control processes to maintain the integrity of HR data.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify and address data management needs and requirements.
- Support HR stakeholders in data-related projects, including data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolution to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams and employees on data management best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR data management and analytics.
Task Details:
Data Management (40%) Design and optimize the HR data management process for the global Shiseido group to standardize HR reporting. Establish reliability in HR reporting by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and continuity. Define data compliance for HR reporting, including appropriate access rights, security levels for disclosure information, and strict management of personal information. Collaborate with IT department on designing data interfaces between regions and global HQ, and manage budget for HRIT applications.
HR Reporting Analytics (30%) Quality control for HR-related data for the global Shiseido group, regular check for proper registration of HR information according to the global standard definitions. Provide analytical data that contributes to the business, such as workforce composition, workforce changes, talent development, and labor management. Responsible for external/internal disclosure of HR related KPI reporting.
HR Planning (30%) Forecast workforce changes to plan Headcount/FTE for the upcoming fiscal year with collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBP). Design a consistent planning process that aligns with each Shiseido region globally. Collaborate with the Finance department to build tools and processes that correlate workforce planning with labor expenses.
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
'- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR data management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases, such as HRIS, ATS, and LMS.
- Proficient in data management tools and techniques, including data cleansing, transformation, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
