Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
DX Strategy development
・Develop DX innovation strategy with the new idea proposal through global landscape analysis 

New CX Program launch 
・Lead planning and executing global CX strategy for ANESSA, primarily focusing on successful launch in China
・Partner with digital agency to ensure smooth launch and operation of new CX service in China
・Co-work with regional team to incorporate market needs while ensuring global optimization 
・Build performance monitoring foundation for CX program to track performance and run PDCA 
・Explore opportunity for other market expansion of CX program via landscape analysis 

New Digital Innovation Project  
・Drive digital innovation project planning and execution to keep brand most innovated positioning in digital field. (e.g. Metaverse, Generative AI, or any new technology that excite consumers) 
・Monitor new consumer facing digital innovation technology and campaign across industry and propose AN’s opportunity (to be category leader in digital field) 
・Manage project launch plan for new project, closely working with digital agency and regional team 
・Co-work with cross functional groups to develop a brief to in-house creative team and deliver assets 



Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)

- More than 7+ year experience in marketing, especially in digital field (e.g. digital marketing, digital platform development)

- Strong curiosity in global digital landscape (i.e. new digital technology such as Generative AI, Metaverse)

- English as native level (main contact will be oversea digital agency and region). Fluent either Japanese or Chinese

- Project management, project coordination skill

- Strategic thinking

- Detail oriented and organized

- Bachelor’ degree in communications, marketing or related field
