1. Vision of  Creative Operations

• Support the Executive Creative Director in identifying and recruiting top talent both locally and internationally to strengthen our team.
• Develop a streamlined vendor setup process to enhance internal workflows, facilitating quicker engagement and legal compliance.
• Create a rate card system for Japan, with plans to expand to the U.S. and Europe, providing clarity for our team when evaluating estimates from agencies and production houses.
• Conduct workshops to educate internal teams on current industry practices and effective negotiation strategies for production budgets.
* Foster better communication with internal teams and agencies, maintaining strong relationships while positioning them as our best partners.

2. Quality-Driven Production:
• Establish global standard protocols to ensure adherence to high-quality production standards.
• Review and optimize the asset list to align with campaign targets, enhancing creative ideas while effectively managing production costs.
• Implement cost-saving measures to maintain high-quality output without compromising creative integrity.

3. Business-Driven Initiatives:
• Align creative projects with overarching business goals to drive sales and increase market share.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of creative initiatives on business performance and inform future strategies.

4. Global to Regional Ambassador Management:
• Manage ambassadors at all levels to enhance brand loyalty and collaboration.
• Foster a larger Shiseido family by connecting with artists and ambassadors, creating meaningful brand connections.
• Continuously seek out and engage with talented individuals to strengthen the Shiseido brand presence and influence.

●Requirements:
Experience:
English is a must / Japanese
5-10 years in creative roles such as producers, project managers, or production producers.
Proven track record in managing and executing successful creative projects.

Language Skills:
Proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential for effective communication and collaboration.

Content Creation Skills:
Strong ability to develop and oversee high-quality content across various media platforms.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.

Accountability:
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful completion.

Budget Negotiation:
Skilled in negotiating budgets and managing financial aspects of creative projects efficiently.

●Preferred Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the global beauty market.
• Experience producing global campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital, print, and retail.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player with strong independent project management skills, able to balance collaboration with autonomy.
• Must be able to stretch outside of your own scope to help teammates when needed, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Must be able to share creative talents from the community and consistently keep up with the latest creative talents worldwide.
• Must be able to work with the legal team for NDA and contract setup and collaborate with the finance team for budget spending and control.
• Excellent knowledge of beauty, skincare, and wellness trends and the ability to translate these trends into creative concepts.
• Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools such as Trello).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, with a keen eye for aesthetics, design, and brand identity.
