Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
- Provide HQ suppurt for region C&B professionals or Vice Presidents to make successful delivery of annual key processes of Merit increase, short term incentive and long term incentive
- Manage and create all necessary data files of eligible employees on global basis for Merit, annual incentive and long term inceintive plan, partnering with internal/external partners
- Lead LTI process partnering with team members and managers, partneirng with payroll professinaols, Finance and external advisors
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
International business experiences, English proficiency (at least business level), at least 5 years of C&B experiences, mental toughness and strong learning agility, data management/analysis skills etc
