Organaisation / Mission:
The Business Development Group defines the strategy of the key regions / key markets with the objective to drive overall business performance of brand Shiseido.

Align and steer regional headquarters. Stakeholders management and updates of the leadership team.
Business performance review and reflecting insights/learnings for future plans. Overall mid-term business planning.
Close cooperation with regions and global marketing teams.



Key Responsibilities:
ーAct as analytical business partner: Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis leading to concrete business development opportunities.
ーPresent findings to global brand teams and senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
ーSupport the brand mid-term planning by analyzing and predicting business performances on regional, market level and relevant scenario planning.
ーComprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
ーCreation of standardized monthly business reporting as well as custom analysis according to business needs
ーIntegrate data from various sources, including business performance, market share results, sales reports, channel performance, media spending.
ーDesign, construct, and deploy Power BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
ーCollaborate with the global business team, global brand team, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support data-driven strategies.



About the Role:
Fantastic role for analytical mind, to be internal consultant and expert on our business based on key data points (sales, product, franchise performances, market shares, etc.). Market path to develop into commercial roles e.g. Area Manager or strategic role e.g. Strategic Manager, or even within CMI/Market research in the future. Also opportunities abroad and in other corporate roles are potential future opportunities.


Requirements:
ーMinimum 5 years’ experience, with preference for experience in areas like business intelligence, consulting, research, data analysis, or related areas.
ーBusiness level English.

Preferred Qualification:
Excellent capabilities with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI), PPT and Excel
ーStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ーExcellent communication and presentation skills.
ーAbility to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
