ELIXIR is an important brand positioned as a premium brand that Shiseido should focus on in the medium to long term.

We want to be an Assistant Brand Manager to lead marketing strategy planning and key asset development for China and other Asian markets in the head quarter of ELIXIR, Shiseido's leading global skincare brand from Japan.

This is a key position supporting ELIXIR's growth in China and Asia.

You will be able to formulate from scratch the perception flow in brand equity development, strategy, and communication, as well as the key assets that emhance this flow.

From the perspective of value development unique to the brand holder, you will be involved in business management on a global scale across markets as we expand our markets, especially in Asia.

As the Team leader/Core member, achieves goals/KPIs of group/area by driving activities of the team and working with senior-level staff


Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)

Establish new business model with concrete expansion plan for overseas markets
1.Analize the growth opportunity including the best retailer partners and how to create strong merchandising
2.Build the mid-term of ELIXIR and new business model and go to market startegy to drive the business goal in Asia market 
3.Develop the global master plan and guideline for new business model including channel & account expansion plan and VMD plan
4.Develop the Pricing Strategy for new initiative (new product)
5.Support the execution excellence and drive business through PDCA process with regional head quater



1. 5 years and above of experience in sales planning or trade marketing including 2-3 years in a global environment
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong leadership , communication and negotiation skill in global environment
4. Business level Japanese lanuage skill
5. Business level English lanuage skill
6. Addtional consideration: Marketing, trade marketing, sales experience in Asian  market(s)
