・The Service Introduction Lead will work with the regions, Global ITC dept and other IT teams to plan and oversee the transition of the IT solutions from development to on-going operations (in production system) as per operational the operational guidelines. 
・The role will develop criteria to enter and exit hypercare and also ensure that the project team deliver solutions that meet all support requirements.
・The role will work with the defined support model (L0>L1>L2) to ensure that the support model and teams are ready to accept the solution to commence BAU support.
・The role will oversee and manage the transition of services from as-is AMS models to “to-be” AMS.
・The role will bridge between off-shore support team and the regions, provide insight on technical solution and support the vendor management accordingly.
・The role will provide support to the Global AMS Lead with day-to-day operation.
