Key Responsibilities
The Main Responsibilities is to drive and manage operations for the delivery of application management & support in collaboration with selected partners.
This role includes the below roles but not limited to
- Being the custodian of the FOCUS live systems (S4HANA, IBP, MDG, PIPO, Ariba, etc.).
- Being responsible and accountable for driving Support & Maintenance operations and work with a proactive approach to avoid solution/system service disruption.
- Ensuring the respect of all processes and governance established for FOCUS and Shiseido.
- Lead the planning of transitions from Project to AMS operations by working in collaboration with FOCUS Solution & Deployment teams.
- Improve the process and criteria to enter and exit hypercare to ensure that the delivered solutions can be properly supported by the FOCUS AMS team.
- Work with the established support operating model (L0>L1>L2>L3) to ensure quality support and avoid Business escalations.
- Provide insight on technical solution and support the vendor management accordingly.
- Support the improvement of the AMS governance and standardization of processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience of either ERP related to AMS or ERP implementation Projects.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of some of modules for SAP HANA(like SAP IBP, SD,MM,FI/CO and so on).
- Management experience of off-shore teams.
- Familiar with ITIL and ITSM.
- English and Japanese (Chinese) *business level.
