Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
ELIXIR is the No.1 skincare brand in Japan for 15 consecutive years. 
ELIXIR brand has expanded to China, Travel Retail, Taiwan, and ASEAN regions.
It's one of the important brands to be focused in mid to long-term in Shiseido Company.


In ELIXIR Global Brand Unit China/TR group, you can develop brand strategy for Japan's No.1 skincare brand and gain global marketing experience with multi-functional teams in Shiseido Company.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The BA/ABM is responsible for supporting director to develop and implement the right brand marketing strategy and product portfolio strategy.
She/he is driving effectiveness, efficiency and innovation in advertising via understanding a fast-changing media environment and new media opportunities, gathering consumer insights and applying that knowledge to the ELIXIR business in order to reinforce brand awareness in China. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategy development and business management for China market.
• Marketing plan development and asset development for China market.
• Product portfolio management and product concept development for China market.
• Achieve sales & financial objectives by close sales monitoring, forecast management and budget control.
• Close communication with cross function team, agencies, and local team members to ensure target delivery.



Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
・3+ years for BA / 5+ years for ABM of marketing experience (incl. marketing strategy, marketing plan development, project management) in FMCG or Cosmetic industry.
・Global communication skill.
・Thinks strategically, prioritizes effectively and delivers high-impact results.
・Business level Japanese and fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing)
