Trade Marketing Supervisor, TMC
• Develop and manage the annual trade marketing calendar across key retail partners (Watsons, Poya, Cosmed, etc.).
• Plan and execute 360° promotional campaigns, from concept to in-store implementation.
• Collaborate with brand teams to localize marketing concepts for each channel and ensure consistent brand identity.
• Lead retailer co-op campaigns, product bundle designs, and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate POSM and visual merchandising development with clear performance KPIs.
• Work closely with Sales, EC, and Education teams to ensure trade plans support sell-out targets.
• Analyze post-campaign results and consumer insights to continuously improve trade efficiency and ROI.
• Manage trade marketing budget, allocation, and A&P utilization with high accuracy.
