Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
· Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for front-line staff, partnering with HRBPs and hiring managers to define workforce needs and annual hiring plans.
· Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management while continuously optimizing processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Recruitment Agency Management
· Own strategy and execution for agency staff recruitment, managing vendor relationships and ensuring service quality and performance standards.
· Continuously optimize agency recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Employer Branding & Campus Recruitment Programs
· Direct employer branding initiatives and manage online presence to enhance the company’s talent attraction.
· Lead campus recruitment strategies and the annual internship program, establishing strong university partnerships and continuously enhancing intern experiences.

Others
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
· Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".
