Sr. C&B Specialist
The Human Resources Compensation & Benefits Operations Executive plays a core role in HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR systems administration. This role supports operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence by ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent execution of HR operational processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations & Payroll
· Ensure smooth and timely execution of HR operations, including payroll processing, HRIS administration, and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
· Coordinate with external payroll vendors as the main point of contact to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
· Prepare and submit payroll-related data for:
- Monthly payroll
- Merit increase and salary statements
- Bonus calculation and statements
- Leave encashment
- Severance pay
- Pension calculation (including old pension scheme actuarial reports)
· Support annual income tax filing, second-generation NHI reporting, and statutory submissions.
· Manage work-related injury leave and repayment processing.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
· Administer employee benefits programs, including:
- Health check-ups
- Employee gifts, condolence payments, and service awards
- Seniority awards, retirement medals, and retirement preparation programs
- Flexible Beneifts
· Support merit increase planning, budget tracking, and statement preparation.
· Handle HQ and other parties’ recharge, payroll-related adjustments, and special compensation items.
· Maintain accurate benefit records and respond to employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
HR Systems & Data Management
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Apollo, Mirai, Concur).
· Perform regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
· Support HR system setup and configuration, including:
- Apollo system settings
- Leave entitlement setup for new hires
- Annual leave adjustment for employee transfers
- Offboarding processing in Mirai
· Prepare and maintain HR reports, payroll data, and survey-related data as required.
Employee Lifecycle & Compliance
· Manage and monitor onboarding, transfers, organizational changes, confirmations, and offboarding processes.
· Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment-related documentation.
· Support HR administration and compliance requirements.
· Ensure HR policies, procedures, and operations comply with local labor law and company policies.
· Support labor-management meeting preparation, including representative election documentation.
Audit, Reporting & Governance
· Support internal/external audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analysis for management and statutory reporting (e.g., turnover, demographics).
· Support pension-related governance, including:
- Retirement Preparation Fund Management Committee preparation
- Old pension scheme reserve management
HR Projects & Welfare Committee Support
· Support HR operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
· Review and process Welfare Committee (福委會) documentation, payments, accounting, and meeting preparation.
· Handle dispatched employee billing and related documentation.
· Participate in HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related Business field.
· 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, or Compensation & Benefits.
· Solid knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
· Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors); familiarity with Apollo, Mirai, or Concur is an advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Detail-oriented, well-organized, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers.
· Strong sense of care for people, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proactive, resilient, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
· A strong team player who can also manage multiple tasks independently
