• Communicate operational risks promptly to internal teams and ensure mitigation plans are executed.
2. SLA & Performance Governance
• Own SLA definition, monitoring, and adherence across all logistics services (OTIF, cut-off compliance, return lead time, stock accuracy, etc.).
• Lead weekly/monthly business reviews with 3PLs; track KPI trends, CAPAs, penalties, and improvement actions.
• Develop and maintain a performance dashboard for transparency to management teams.
3. Rate Card, Pricing & Contract Management
• Lead negotiation of rate cards, pricing updates, and service requirements (including special event capacity, VAS, packaging, and cut-off extensions).
• Draft, review, and update logistics contracts, addendums, and service scopes in partnership with Procurement and Legal.
• Evaluate quotations and lead RFQ/tender processes for warehousing, transportation, and promotional services.
4. Contract & Tender Management
• Draft, review, and finalize 3PL logistics contracts, including scope of work, SLA definitions, pricing structures, and liability terms.
• Evaluate quotations from multiple logistics vendors and lead end-to-end tender/RFQ processes.
• Monitor 3PL contract performance and conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and improvement actions.
5. Logistics Cost Governance & Billing Management
• Manage annual and monthly 3PL service fee budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and cost efficiency expectations.
• Conduct monthly 3PL billing verification, including service fee audits, rate card validation, discrepancy resolution, and consolidation of billing reports.
• Work closely with Finance to submit payment requests, provide supporting documentation, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Track actual vs. budget variance and provide insights to management on cost drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Support contract renegotiation and cost-reduction initiatives through data analysis and rate benchmarking.
6. Data Analytics & Performance Improvement
• Build and maintain logistics KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, inventory accuracy, return lead time, cost per order, etc.).
• Analyze logistic data to identify operational issues and opportunities for cost or efficiency improvements.
• Recommend and implement SOP enhancements and process automation initiatives.
• Stay updated on logistics industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement efforts.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration & Ad-hoc Support
