Product Manager, TMC
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage all product categories under ANESSA with full ownership of business performance.
· Lead new product launches and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring strong sell-out momentum of hero SKUs.
· Plan and implement 360° marketing strategies (IMC / Digital / Retail / CRM / EC) to deliver impact and integrated consumer experiences.
· Strengthen multi-channel development, especially PCS channel, by tailoring marketing activation's and retail programs to each channel’s characteristics.
· Collaborate closely with retail, sales, and education teams to execute field activities, BA training, and service programs that elevate brand image and conversion.
· Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and consumer insights to develop actionable strategies for growth and innovation.
· Optimize A&P investments across channels to ensure ROI efficiency and sustained brand equity.
· Manage cross-functional communication with local and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on brand strategy and execution.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing staff/interns to support task execution and professional growth.
