1. Product management (Complexion/Skincare)

 Through product launches to achieve growth in sales and new customer recruitment aligned with annual brand target.

 Propose effective 360 marketing plans and competition strategies according to data analysis, market analysis and consumer insights.

 Execute, monitor and improve marketing plans and regularly analyze performance to achieve KPI

 New product forecasting and stock improvement solution

2. E-commerce marketing planning & review

 Co-work with EC team to implement monthly campaign for different channels (B.com/MOMO)

 Monthly sales performance review and report to SAPAC/REGION

3. CRM program support

 Work with CRM colleagues to provide data analysis and monthly tracking reports to SAPAC/REGION
