C&PC Division- Marketing Manager This Marketing Manager will lead multi-brand building initiatives, as well as develop and execute strategy & innovative plans. This role will directly lead a team while also influencing cross-functional partners in the organization to include R&D, Key Account, Supply Chain, Finance. 1. Manage cosmetics & personal care brand in the mass market from marketing perspective. 2. Expand the business scope and deliver growth in net sales, market share and improved operating profit. 3. Develop and define the strategic direction and prepare annual and 3-year marketing plan to top management grounded in consumer insight and numbers. 4. Lead and supervise a team to develop NPD and campaign with flawless execution including product development, pricing, communication strategy, and monthly sales review as well as A&P control. 5. Control A&P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy. 6. Manage agency and cross-functional relationships at both local and global levels to deliver breakthrough results. 7. Monitor sales performance, quickly find out root cause and conduct action plan if necessary. 8. Be Marketing team’s contact window of headquarter (APAC & Japan).
