KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. IT Strategy Execution & Governance
- Support the execution of Shiseido Taiwan’s IT strategy in alignment with global and regional IT directives.
- Ensure local initiatives comply with corporate IT governance, cybersecurity, and architectural standards.
- Identify and recommend technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.
2. Business Application Management
- Manage and support key business applications (e.g., BI, POS, WMS) to ensure stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution with regional/global IT teams and vendors.
- Collaborate with business users to optimize system usage and improve processes.
- Ensure proper documentation, change control, and system governance are maintained.
3. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary IT Business Partner for assigned business functions.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear IT solutions aligned with global frameworks.
- Manage demand intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking of IT initiatives.
- Support change management activities and drive user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Communicate effectively with regional and global IT teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
4. Project & Delivery Management
- Lead or coordinate local IT projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
5. Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
- Support IT budget planning and cost control, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor vendor performance and support contract management activities.
6. Team Collaboration & Development (If applicable)
- Provide guidance and support to local IT team members.
- Foster a collaborative and service-oriented team culture.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development within the IT team.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in an IT leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting IT projects and business applications (e.g., BI, POS, WMS).
• Solid understanding of IT governance, infrastructure, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and change management skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Experience working in a regional or global IT environment is preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, cloud platforms) are preferred.
