IT Manager

- To prepare IT plan and budget, perform IT expenses control and monitoring.
- To provide daily support to ensure services availability and continuity, make continuous services improvement.
- To identify, plan, execute and monitor a portfolio of projects to meet business goals and objectives.
- To manage services delivery of outsourcing vendors.
- To ensure control and compliance fulfillment in accordance with Shiseido Group IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- To perform regular risks assessment of the IT environment and propose timely and effective mitigations.
- Initiating overall IT training and security awareness training quarterly.
