MAIN PURPOSE

This Accountant is a financial professional who’s responsible for EC AR reconciliation & settlement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Payment Reconciliation & Settlement
  • Execute monthly reconciliation with EC 3rd party platform and distributor, including momo, Shopee and LINE GIFT. 
  • Responsible for monthly closing and co-op with finance team to complete payment closing process, including invoices issuance, AR and resolve unreconciled or mismatched transactions.
    
    
• Order Payment Processing 
  • Coordinate with customer service and warehouse to ensure accurate and timely refunds and download credit notes after refunds.
  • Ensure synchronization between order payment status and system records (e.g., success, failure, cancellation).
  • Handle payment discrepancy, such as duplicate charges, missing payments, or incorrect amounts, in collaboration with customer service.
    
    
• Payment Process Management 
  • Manage and maintain the third-party payment gateways (e.g., NewebPay, LINE Pay, convenience store pick-up with vendors).
  • Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure compliance for all payment getaways.
    
    
•  EC Stock Monitoring and Reconciliation
  • Monitor and reconcile on monthly basis stock movement and qty among SAP, OMS, and WMS, with support from people in charge from OMS and WMS. 
    
    
• Risk Control & Fraud Prevention
  • Monitor suspicious transactions and collaborate with risk control systems or vendors
  • Implement blacklisting mechanisms and prevent fraud activities such as credit card fraud.
    
• Support ad hoc projects or other tasks assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in “Big 4” CPA firm appreciated
  
  

Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
