Digital IT Group Manager
MAIN PURPOSE
The Digital IT Group Manager is a key enabler of Shiseido Taiwan’s digital and eCommerce ambitions. This role drives the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of core digital systems, including eCommerce platforms, CRM, CDP, and MarTech applications, ensuring they support business growth and customer-centric innovation.
Acting as a strategic partner and technology leader, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to integrate and optimize technology solutions that enhance digital customer experiences, enable data-driven marketing, and support business transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Strategy & System Roadmap
- Define and execute the digital technology roadmap for eCommerce, CRM, CDP, and MarTech platforms aligned with business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, MarTech, Chatbot) and assess their potential to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
2. Architecture & Integration Leadership
- Design and oversee system architecture for seamless integration across eCommerce, ERP, CRM, CDP, and marketing platforms.
- Ensure robust API frameworks, data flow governance, and compliance with security and privacy regulations (GDPR, local laws).
- Establish standards for scalability, performance optimization, and disaster recovery.
3. Data & Customer Experience Enablement
- Drive integration of customer data platforms (CDP) and CRM systems to enable personalized marketing and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to leverage technology for advanced analytics and customer insights.
- Promote best practices for data security and compliance across all digital touchpoints.
4. Regional & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison for regional Digital IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with APAC strategies and global standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage vendor relationships for solution delivery.
- Lead governance for digital projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years in IT leadership roles, with proven experience in digital transformation, eCommerce, and CRM ecosystems.
Technical Skills:
- Solid experience in e-commerce systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Web/ third-party platforms), API integration (OMS/POS/ERP/payment/logistics/membership).
- Familiar with CRM/LMS/CDP/MA platforms and data flow management.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS) and system deployment.
- Knowledge of GA, DMP and Line related solutions would be a plus.
- Good awareness of cybersecurity and compliance.
- Experience in applying AI or MarTech in real business cases is a plus.
