Job Summary: The Demand & Supply Planner (DSP) is a critical contributor who will act as the liaison between the sales, brand and regional HQ for all aspects of the demand and supply management process. The DSP will need to establish the demand plan based on the historic sales data, market trend and target. And generate the supply plan to fulfill the demand forecast and avoid overstocking/stockout.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Drive consensus demand plan process with brand team and ensure to reflect the latest sales momentum and market trend.

2.Forecast accuracy and bias tracking/root cause analysis and improving plan.

3.Inventory management by generating reliable supply plan for rolling 15 months to fulfill the demand forecast with optimal inventory level.

4.Closely following up on the shipment plan with regional supply hub team and escalate the supply risk with potential business impact if needed.

5.Data maintenance for demand/supply/material related transaction in SAP.

6.Excess & Obsolesce action plan facilitation and progress tracking.

7.Coordinate, prepare and lead Supply and Demand Review Meeting.
