Planning and execution of elevating CRM to CEM aiming at Customer Lifetime Value increase, based on consumer profiling + Personalized precision re-marketing with company CDP to enhance retention/ loyalty/ up-trading/ conversion.

1. Strategize and management of brand CRM / CEM / loyalty programs.
2. Ride on company CDP to create related reports/analysis/actions, and ensure it works seamlessly across the brand and captures all required information at key points in CDJ to maximize commercial opportunities.
3. Capable to drive data analysis to generate consumer insights, identify issue/opportunities, and propose action plans.
4. Attend brand regular meetings and collaborate closely with brand team to ensure all CRM programs work effectively.
5. Support corporate CRM and digital projects.
