Job Description

  1. Build and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract talents.
  2. Develop candidate pipelines through different channels, including but not limited to, digital tools, referrals and campus recruitment.
  3. Plan and manage Taiwan Shiseido’s employer branding strategies.
  4. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  5. HR related project.

 

Qualifications:

  1. At least 6 years solid experiences in Talent Acquisition especially managerial recruitment.
  2. Preferred experiences in FMCG and retail industry.
