MAIN PURPOSE

-Manage all offline customer events of premium line.
-Ensure all executions align with the brand’s premium image and identity.
-Contribute to the expansion of the franchises, strengthening the brand’s market presence through ensuring every detail event execution meet premium standard.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-In charge of Event, including hotel facial events, mega-promotion pre-sales, and VIP membership program.
-Hotel event needs to directly manage all vendor relations and logistics in-house. This includes overseeing hotel arrangements, quotation negotiations, contract finalization, GWP procurement, and design fixtures for hotel event decoration.
-Good internal communication skill to discuss event CP target and manage on-site execution with sales team, and frontline staff.
-Quarterly membership CRM execution, including: VIP mailing list management, MMS communication design, and coordination of counter resource distribution.
-Identify and execute premium collaboration opportunities, such as luxury hotel VIP sampling and driving Diamond-tier credit card members to counter for exclusive services.
