- Dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce B.com Team Lead to oversee and manage our online sales.
- Leading a team of b.com specialists, optimizing digital sales strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and platform optimization.
- Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of D2C platforms, and a passion for driving business growth through online brand experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- EC b.com Channel Strategy & Sales Achievement
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies on b.com to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and track daily KPIs and campaign performance by each brand, and initiate strategies with omni-insights as total brand digital touchpoints on b.com.
- B.com Agency Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations and detailed plan reviews across the agency team on b.com.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimized.
- Weekly review with agency and propose action plans when needed.
- B.com Operation Coordination
- Collaborate with brand, CRM and logistics teams to align goals and ensure smooth operations throughout the cross functional team.
- Collaborate with performance marketing team and media agency to enhance investment efficiency.
- Manage stock forecast with 3PL and avoid SLOB occurred.
- B.com Website Optimization
- Analyze Google analytics to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Lead CRO implementation for a better UI / UX to drive sustainable sales with better conversion rate.
- Explore insights with digital tools to build up comprehensive consumer journey.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of b.com specialists with development of EC capability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the team and provide feedback when needed.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
