MAIN PURPOSE

 

  • Dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce B.com Team Lead to oversee and manage our online sales.
  • Leading a team of b.com specialists, optimizing digital sales strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and platform optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of D2C platforms, and a passion for driving business growth through online brand experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • EC b.com Channel Strategy & Sales Achievement
    • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies on b.com to achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor and track daily KPIs and campaign performance by each brand, and initiate strategies with omni-insights as total brand digital touchpoints on b.com.
  • B.com Agency Management
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and detailed plan reviews across the agency team on b.com.
    • Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimized.
    • Weekly review with agency and propose action plans when needed.
  • B.com Operation Coordination
    • Collaborate with brand, CRM and logistics teams to align goals and ensure smooth operations throughout the cross functional team.
    • Collaborate with performance marketing team and media agency to enhance investment efficiency. 
    • Manage stock forecast with 3PL and avoid SLOB occurred.
  • B.com Website Optimization
    • Analyze Google analytics to identify challenges and opportunities.
    • Lead CRO implementation for a better UI / UX to drive sustainable sales with better conversion rate.
    • Explore insights with digital tools to build up comprehensive consumer journey.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of b.com specialists with development of EC capability.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with the team and provide feedback when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
