JOB PURPOSE:

The Supply Chain Manager oversees the entire supply chain process, from inventory forecasting to procurement to distribution. Responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency, managing logistics, regulatory, inventory audit, sales recognition, demand and supply planning, order & replenishment planning, and maintaining master data. This key person will drive and accelerate the improvement of operations and Supply Chain KPIs while building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and 3PL, and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing and capability building of a team in-charged of Logistics & Inventory Audit, Import & Logistics, Regulatory, Sales Admin, Demand & Supply Planning, Order Management & Replenishment Planning, and Master Data
• Lead the supply chain KPI improvement plans for External Fill Rate, OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Inventory Days, and Inventory Accuracy
• Lead and drive the process on inventory audit to reconcile and resolve inventory variances in warehouse and consignment stores.
• Lead and drive the S&OP process by working with functional teams to deliver a robust demand and purchase plan for Shiseido Philippines
• Highlights and communicates risks and opportunities in overall demand plan vs financial targets.
• Ensures best in class order management and replenishment planning to meet OTIF and demonstrate high rate of OSA.
• Works and collaborates with 3PL to close operational gaps in order fulfilment and deliveries.
• Drives effective Master Data governance within Shiseido Philippines
• Liaises with government agencies such as BOC and FDA related to audit and compliance issues.
• Collaborates closely with SAPAC SCM to ensure standardization of processes, reporting and implementation of systems and tools essential in achieving market objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related fields
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in related fields
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint and SAP
