MAIN PURPOSE

The Digital and E-commerce Manager spearheads the strategy and execution of e-commerce business, digital marketing projects, CRM execution, and complimenting initiatives of all the brands’ marketing campaign campaigns namely Shiseido, Clé de Peau Beauté, Drunk Elephant, Nars, Anessa and Shiseido Fragrance Division.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the team of Digital Marketing and E-commerce business of Shiseido group
  • Creating and driving an overall strategy for digital marketing strategies & ecommerce business to achieve the group’s objectives and deliver corresponding ROI and revenue per brand.
  • Drive the total E-commerce business and revenue of the group with a balanced focus per brand.
  • Lead the CRM programs of the division with understanding of backend infrastructure, analytics and consumer programs.
  • Establish a clear and holistic digital ecosystem with the maximization of paid, owned, and earned assets to drive optimal ROI for the brands
  • Identifying strategic partnerships and innovative ways to maximize opportunities crucial to grow the business through digital marketing and Ecommerce
  • In-charge in leading all the digital campaigns to compliment the brand’s marketing strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze data and spot opportunities to gap up sales or acquire new customer; monthly reporting of digital marketing and EC KPIs
  • Spearhead EC collaborations & partnerships with e-retailers and pureplayers to maximize visibility on the platform
  • Monitor overall digital and EC KPIs that will serve as benchmarks for improving and optimizing performance month-on-month and year-on-year
  • Liaison between SPH and SAPAC digital which includes proposing EC-led local initiatives as well as reporting sales & campaign performance with data-driven and actional insights
  • Lead current and future projects such as LMS launch, Camellia Club x Lazada integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with ever-changing trends within digital & e-commerce

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1.  Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;
  2. Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;
  3. Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduated of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Management, Business or other relevant fields
  • Has experience working in e-commerce platforms for at least 7-10 years
  • Strong retail background in fashion or beauty industries is a plus
  • Marketing-oriented and has great entrepreneurial skills
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with implementing and monitoring e-commerce campaigns to drive online sales, attributing and driving conversions (with FB/IG pixel, utm tags, SEO/website optimization, deriving ROAS), and maximize ecommerce best practices to aid in campaign strategy & implementation
  • Strong writing skills and ability to adhere to a brand voice
  • Understanding business numbers/contribution, revenue and profitability with great financial acumen
  • Knowledgeable of e-commerce tools, website development, and SEO & SEM strategies
  • Excellent critical-thinking skills and communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and projects within a time frame
  • Ability to track and adapt to maximize traffic conversion and engagement
  • Highly organized and proactive self-starter with an attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude who can effectively prioritize and manage multiple creative projects
