Travel Retail- Master Data Intern

MAIN PURPOSE

As a key contributor to our data management team, your primary responsibilities encompass driving efficiency in material master data management leveraging S4 HANA.

You will take charge of modification requests, ensuring precision in material creations, and upholding stringent data quality standards within the S4 HANA environment. You will also collaborate with the global data team, utilizing the SNOW platform, to facilitate seamless communication and coordination for these modifications.

Your focus on these responsibilities will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our data assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the creation, maintenance and governance of Material Master, Bill of Material and Purchase Info Record in accordance with Global guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies, and address data quality issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency standards.
• Any other related tasks/projects.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate majoring in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities.
• Self-starter – high energy levels, positive & enthusiastic.
• Meticulous and attention to detail.
