Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will be a part of a team involved with Marketing, Retail Design Excellence and HQ. Successful candidate should have exceptional technical and marketing skills and the ability to effectively apply those skills. The right candidate should be comfortable in a multi-culture environment, able to multitask and have a good eye for design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to generate creative ideas and solutions to support brand and product marketing strategies & business needs.
  • KV and content cropping for all channels (websites, social media, OOH)
  • Edit videos formats adaptation and images
  • Understand and embody the brands personality while articulating the brand's tonality and creative identity
  • Ensure brand image is maintained at a consistent level of excellence and within guidelines
  • Create on-trend, assist in the shooting and editing styled images and videos for website, social and digital platforms
  • Conceptualize, visualize and execute creative graphic design (rough movie boards, flat layouts, 3D perspectives).
  • Research and moodboarding for new ideas and concepts, working with the Head of Creative to be on top of trends and on-brand aesthetics
  • Always thinking creatively and ahead to create content for brand needs and purposes
  • Effectively communicate the creative objectives of projects and partner with various departments to deliver the right assets on time.
  • Assist Marketing in creating simple pitch decks and presentations, other marketing assets such as corporate EDM.
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors, managing quotes and production schedules
  • Ability to management of multiple creative projects workflow and timeline



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience (experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus). More experienced candidates could be considered at the Assistant Manager level.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro and/or other common design applications
  • Excellent Graphic design skills (2D and 3D), Creativity skills (good photography will be a plus)
  • Good understanding creative design, layout, and typography and has a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Able to communicate well with others as well as exhibit excellent listening skills to be able to translate complex concepts
  • Able to operate independently, work well in a multi-culture environment, as well as a good team player
  • Quick and avid learner with great dedication and discipline
  • The ideal candidate will be energetic, task-oriented, and creative with strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) to liaise with our Mandarin speaking associates
  • Japanese language skill a plus
  • Ability to share a compelling portfolio of graphic design work is preferred
