MAIN PURPOSE

In the role of a Graphic Design Executive/Senior Executive, you will report to the Graphic Designer and be a part of a team involved with Marketing, Retail Design Excellence and HQ.

You will be given the opportunity to conceptualize, visualize, and execute creative graphic design for selected brands under Shiseido Travel Retail.

Successful candidates should possess technical design and a basic understanding of marketing capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in overseeing Travel Retail Exclusive (TREX) design and production for all brand clusters in Shiseido Travel Retail under the guidance of the Graphic Designer.
• Perform content cropping for all channels (websites, social media, OOH).
• Edit video formats adaptation and images.
• Assist in the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and/or other marketing assets such as corporate EDM.
• Liaise with agencies, and vendors, managing quotes and production schedules.
• Assist with the research and creation of mood boards for new ideas and concepts, aligned with on-brand aesthetics.
• Ensure the brand image is maintained at a consistent level and within guidelines.
• Ad-hoc project support such as event invitation creation and other administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication or other related discipline.
• Min. 1 year of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or other common design applications.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Prior exposure to the beauty or fashion industry is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Able to multitask.
