MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will be providing support in managing retailer.com (mini-programs) and leveraging retailer.com as a platform to build brand awareness and drive conversions for all brands and all regions in Travel Retail Asia Pacific.

You will be exposed to the learning opportunities include a deeper understanding of the Travel Retail value chain, the quick-evolving Chinese consumer digital landscape, and stakeholder management skills from working with people from various functions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Under the guidance of the EC team, liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies and retailers to ensure the optimal accuracy and quality of the digital assets on retailer.com.
  • Provide support on EC and partnership initiatives i.e., Retailer.com Super Brand Week campaigns, Alipay campaigns to drive online conversions and offline conversions digitally, Retailer.com SIS revamp project information consolidation with cross-team colleagues (SIS banners update, special cover image design, SEO update, etc.), Retailer social media regular posting and EC banners exposure.
  • Analyze EC performance against KPI and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and update competitors EC campaigns and new initiatives, including both domestic and travel retailer market.
  • Assist team to deliver quarterly highlights report.
  • Support other additional ad-hoc reports required.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Some knowledge of digital media or e-Commerce landscape in China is an added advantage.
  • Self-starter.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative can-do mentality.
  • Encompasses a collaborative spirit of working.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with numbers and analysis of data.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and at the same time to have a strategic mindset to optimise online growth in partnership with retailers.
  • Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing and undefined environment.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong sense of work prioritization.
  • Be able to communicate effectively externally as well as internally within a matrix organization.
  • Be able to generate new and imaginative ideas.
