Travel Retail- Business Performance Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (6 months contract)

PRIMARY FUNCTION

This role serves as the frontline in the development of insights and is deeply involved in company strategy. Supporting in the extraction, transformation and location (ETL) of data, as well as integration of databases into proprietary tools for all aspects of the business with the aim of building an integrated framework within the Asia Pacific region.

The aim of the role is to be a competent business analyst – creating reports, presenting findings and identifying opportunities to optimize the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure, manage, and extract data from multiple applications.
• Map configurations and data architectures, ensuring documentation meets current and forecasted needs.
• Aggregate and analyze various data sets, apply statistical knowledge and data modeling to make informed conclusions on business practices, subsequently presenting findings and recommendations.
• Publish monthly reports to internal stakeholders on KPIs across regions / channels / customers
• Work closely with cross-functional teams -- Commercial / Marketing / Logistics / VM extract necessary data points from different functions to help build robust and accurately mapped reports.
• Assist in the generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Work closely with Business Executive to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Possess great learning attitude and can-do personality.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in handling large datasets.
• Candidates with more than 5 years of experience may be considered for Assistant Manager.
• Proficient at PowerBI, Excel and comfortable with large dataset processing.
• Team player with great communication skills and adaptability.
• Organised and meticulous.
