MAIN PURPOSE

The Senior Marketing Executive strategically elevates Clé de Peau Beauté's brand presence through the integrated planning and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives, with a core emphasis on trade retail optimization and digital media strategy. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to drive brand growth and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrable passion for the beauty industry, a sophisticated understanding of the luxury market, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Trade Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Lead retailer partnerships, developing and implementing effective promotional mechanics and securing communication.
  • Develop and produce impactful promotional materials and brand collaterals.
  • Manage the planning and tracking of point-of-sale material usage and effectiveness.
  • Maintain product creation templates for e-commerce platforms.
  • Strategically plan and execute consumer events.
  • Lead the resolution of daily trade operations and issues.
  • Analyze trade marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations.

 

CRM:

  • Strategically manage customer data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns, including email marketing and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Strategically work with the training team to optimize customer enquiry process.

 

Visual Merchandising:

  • Develop and execute strategic visual merchandising plans for all channels.
  • Lead collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to create impactful displays.

 

Digital Media:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, full-funnel digital media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms, including paid social, programmatic display, SEM, and influencer marketing, leveraging global assets and crafting strong social copy.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead the planning and budget allocation for digital media buys.

 

Other Administrative Support:

  • Manage master data files, product sample orders, purchase requisitions, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist the preparation of monthly meetings and presentations.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Marketing / Business.
  • Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and a sophisticated understanding of the luxury market.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing and events or project management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
