The Marketing Manager, reporting to Brand Manager, NARS, is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs to drive the success of NARS business in Singapore. This position will also ensure brand guidelines are followed to build global brand image consistency, strong brand equity and outstanding business results.




  • Manage the A&P budget to ensure key moments are supported, ROI maximized
  • Define, develop, and execute compelling 360º marketing plans, with a goal to achieve sell-out and gain market share
  • Drive brand awareness, recruit new customers, and increase engagement with new and existing customers through best-in-class execution, including a combination of Media, PR and BTL plans:
  • Develop the media plan for launches by leveraging data analytics for optimization of digital spend
  • Lead the design and development of PR gifting/ events to ensure maximum engagement and conversation
  • Develop channel strategy with Brand Manager; Secure maximum brand visibility on retailer’s real estate (both offline and online)



  • Manage the day to day of PR relationships
  • Develop key influencer database, by monitoring campaign EMV
  • Build differentiating social campaigns and programming designed to nurture the NARSissist community, support acquisition and drive engagement
  • Conceptualize social-first content for key platforms/surfaces, partnering with external content partners on production of assets
  • Oversee the development of monthly content calendars for owned platforms
  • Improve brand’s CRM strategy to recruit and retain customer throughout their Customer Decision Journey



  • Develop all retail marketing programs, including seasonal/tactical opportunities with key retailers
  • Oversee visual merchandising updates and animations, including updating gondola configurations each season for open sell environments and tester unit displays
  • Ensure in-store excellence through seamless implementation of activities
  • Work closely with Sales & Training teams to ensure efficiency of the marketing strategy, providing relevant and timely market/competitor/category/subcategory feedback to ensure needs of the business are catered for



  • Be involved in monthly demand forecasting, supply management, pricing analysis
  • Monitor key competitors’ activities and performances to provide valuable insights to regional and global teams
  • Prepare monthly reports of business reviews and key marketing activities



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years of experience
  • Beauty industry knowledge and makeup category experience preferred
  • Strong marketing and communications ability with a focus on the retail environments
  • Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details
