Singapore - Marketing Intern, Cle de Peau Beaute

MAIN PURPOSE
The role of the Marketing Intern, Clé de Peau Beauté will play a critical role in supporting Brand Manager on initiatives to ensure the business and brand’s objectives are met. The ideal candidate represents the Clé de Peau Beauté brand, is an all-rounded, passionate, and entrepreneurial graduate, who is looking for a hands-on experience working with a global luxury beauty brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade & Digital Marketing

Execute trade marketing strategies together with the Marketing Manager

Develop promotional materials, such as point-of-sale displays, vouchers, sets; as well as brand collaterals, such as on-counter tools, brochures, gift boxes

Maintain product creation templates to set up product pages for e-commerce platforms

Organize and execute consumer events

Support the team in daily operations (e.g. stock fulfilment, quality issues, or any trade-related matter)

Executes and monitor social media strategies across different social media platforms.
Visual Merchandising

Develop and execute visual merchandising plans for all channels, ensures visual merchandising in-store meets brand guidelines, reflects new launches and discontinuations in a timely and accurate manner

Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, to create traffic stopping displays within the given budget
Project Management

Plans and executes project plan according to timelines and requirements.

Manages projects effectively by ensuring the timely execution of marketing activities and promotion and monitoring progress of activities.
Stakeholder Management

Communicates effectively with different stakeholders and collaborate with them to achieve objectives.

Engage with cross-functional teams and ensure brand representation activities are accurately implemented.

Supports the net sales management through submission of product creation templates to set up the product pages for e-commerce platform.
REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication or related field

Keen interest in cosmetics is a MUST

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Exemplary creative writing and editing skills specifically applied to social media a plus

Familiarity with Photoshop and graphic design a plus

Learning agility and proven speed in picking up skills quickly

Well organized, detailed, with a strong sense of urgency and good time management skills
