Singapore - Marketing Executive, NARS & Drunk Elephant

This role is responsible for developing and implanting marketing strategies to promote NARS and Drunk Elephant in the Singapore market. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the beauty industry with a keen eye on the latest beauty trends.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote NARS and Drunk Elephant in the Singapore market
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media (i.e. FB), website and email marketing
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to develop marketing collaterals for both online and offline channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences in the beauty and cosmetics industry
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders

 

TRADE MARKETING (ONLINE & OFFLINE)

  • Develop and execute the trade marketing strategies and plans for the assigned category, channels (both retail and ecommerce) and brand portfolio
  • Launch newness, repromotion and mega campaign planning
  • Ensures effective communication and liaison between Sales, Marketing and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities
  • Unify campaigns planning and always-on promotion across all channels and retailers for online and offline
  • Develop monthly always-on or tactical promotion plan
  • Monitor promotion allocation for all channels and ensure it is aligned with brand guidelines
  • Responsible for Retailer Relationships and counter activation communications
  • Work with Marketing Manager to engage and align with retailers in communicating Brand Campaign and Monthly Activities in respective stores
  • Competitor analysis on direct and indirect competitors and submit monthly report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the various channels

DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Assist in planning, execution and optimizing our online marketing efforts with a strong focus on performance marketing
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager and media agency to plan and roll out media campaigns
  • Ensure that media agencies provide mid-and/ or post-campaign reports in a timely fashion, and where relevant, ensure that media agencies have performed the necessary media optimization as agreed with brand team
  • Create/ collaborate with external agencies designs on artworks and marketing collaterals for all digital marketing campaigns and channels
  • Assist in managing the launch and maintenance of all ecommerce, brand sites
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

 

CRM

  • Support and work closely with Marketing Manager to develop, strategize and implement CRM plans and activities
  • Develop and roll out CRM marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Work closely with retailers to drive and executive CRM marketing initiatives, with a view of maximizing ROAS
  • To plan and support the creative assets for different customer touch points
  • To be the customer advocate for the brand, ensuring that customer feedback, enquiries and requests via all platforms (Pure Players, email and store feedback) are acted on promptly and within brand guidelines. Coordination with the respective departments to ensure all enquiries are addressed
  • To process a customer first attitude and ensure that he/she is abreast of competitor product line-up and launches, consumer and industry trends (e.g. PDPA), as well as Brand product knowledge

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
    • Passionate about the beauty industry with a keen eye on the latest beauty trends
    • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details
    • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Team player, and able to work independently
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Proficient in Adobe photoshop is an advantage
