MAIN PURPOSE

The Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing initiatives, primarily focused on trade retail activities, CRM implementation, and visual merchandising. This role ensures consistent brand representation and efficient execution of marketing plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade Marketing:

• Assist in the execution of trade marketing strategies under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
• Support retailer partnerships by assisting in the implementation of promotional mechanics and communication.
• Assist in the development and production of promotional materials, including point-of-sale displays and brand collaterals.
• Support the tracking of point-of-sale material usage.
• Strategically plan and execute consumer events.
• Provide support for daily trade operations.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing trade marketing results.

CRM:

• Support the management of customer data.
• Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns.
• Support the delivery of a positive customer experience.
• Assist in the coordination of customer inquiries.

Visual Merchandising:

• Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising plans.
• Ensure in-store displays adhere to brand guidelines.

Other Administrative Support:

• Maintain data files, manage sample orders, raise requisitions, and provide general administrative support.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly meetings and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Marketing / Business.
• Interest in the beauty industry.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred
• Proven experience in trade marketing and events or project management will be an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a team.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
