Singapore - Assistant Marketing Manager, Cosmetics and Fragrance
MAIN PURPOSE
The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and activities to drive the success of the brands in the portfolio (i.e., Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Tory Burch & Elixir). |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategize, plan and execute 360 marketing plans for new product launches to generate awareness, drive sell-out and gain market share.
- Drive brand awareness, increase consumer engagement through best-in-class execution of Marketing, PR and media activities.
- Responsible for overall A&P budget.
- Optimise resources and investment on key business drivers
- Partner ecommerce team to plan, manage and execute ecommerce strategies
Retail Operations and Special Events
- Plan and execute trade marketing activities for all channels. Including and not exclusive to dept stores, specialty stores, ecommerce and perfumeries.
- Plan and work closely with suppliers, retailers and joint partners on all promotions and events related to trade and digital activities.
- Liaise with agency and suppliers to create promotional materials, leaflet, brochure, etc.
- Provide promotional support and timely update of promotional initiatives to retail front to increase sales
PR and Communications
- Plan and develop campaigns to support new launches to ensure maximum media exposure.
- Recommend and explore creative ways to engage media, KOLs and consumers during key consumption periods and launches.
CRM
- Develop CRM plan for Elixir to ensure positive customer experiences and drive business growth through effective relationship management.
Others
- Manage and support the visual merchandizing needs of counters. Ensure that all visuals and collaterals are executed in accordance with brands’ guidelines.
- Monitor key competitors’ activities to gather insights on market trends and developments
- Responsible for monthly reports of key business, marketing and PR activities for business review
- Forecasting and stock management
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business, Marketing and Mass Communication and related field
- At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Adobe Photoshop and illustrator is an added advantage
- Stakeholder management skills
- Possess a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed, confident and go-getter under pressure
- Comfortable in public speech & presentation
- Experience in a similar capacity within the beauty and fashion industry is an added advantage
