Retail Sales Operations Executive
MAIN PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly sales-driven and strategic Sales and Operations Executive to join our team in the beauty retail industry. This role requires strong desire to achieve sales targets, managing field team, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across departments to achieve ambitious sales targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Excellence
- Drive sales opportunities by thinking outside the box and implementing innovative strategies tailored to the beauty retail market.
- Gather feedback on animations, promotional mechanics, and marketing initiatives to ensure campaigns are robust and effective in achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Education teams to align efforts toward overall sales objectives.
Store & Team Performance Management
- Regular weekly review to assess the store productivity and Beauty Advisors’ performance and work with key stakeholders to constantly achieve the set objectives.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the Sales and Education Manager to enhance Beauty Consultant standards and effectiveness.
- Ensure the Beauty Consultant is upkeeping the highest standards of the respective Brand’s product knowledge, customer service standards, counter cleanliness, tidiness, etc.
Inventory Management
- Ensure adequate and good hygiene stock levels with regular stock take and checks.
- Monitor sales trends and must be agile to make changes or propose ideas to rundown slow-moving stock to minimize obsolescence.
Others
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.

- Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Increase in Store and Beauty Advisors’ Productivity & Effectiveness: Demonstrate measurable improvement in team performance and customer engagement.
- Healthy Inventory Stock Holding Ratio: Maintain optimal stock levels with good mix of stock holding based sell-out trend
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong sales orientation with proven ability to deliver results in the beauty retail industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools.
- A team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on weekends if required.
