The Regional Marketing Manager, Laura Mercier/bareMinerals is a supporting role that provides directives as aligned with brands ‘global and Asia Pacific growth strategy to the marketing team of each in-country team in the region.  Together with the Regional Director, Asia Pacific, she/he will serve as the voice of the market and ensure marketing strategies support the growth needs of the brand.





  • Develop, manage and align the 360 marketing plans with the local markets then get global approval
  • Develop distribution plans, coordinate with VM and global instore design and approval
  • Partner with local market teams to support market-specific promotional campaigns and events that strengthen the brand and grow the business.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities
  • Optimize ROI for marketing initiatives through insights from digital and social media analytics
  • Analysis and compilation of marketing reports from all markets under the Asia Pacific region
  • Brand P&L optimization to reach brand ambitions
  • Coordinate effectively with the global and local marketing support team to design effective marketing collateral materials through succinct creative briefs
  • Research and compile new trends, ingredients, needs and request of markets and business potential estimate to be provided to Laura Mercier and BareMinerls Global product development + global marketing team
  • Product regulatory notification and co-ordination with Regulatory depts of SAPAC



  • Compilation from all SAPAC markets, analysis and proposed optimum forecast to maximise launch's revenue to all markets
  • Compilation from all SAPAC markets and analyse its feasibility versus Budget


Visual Merchandising

  • Product's business contribution and phasing analysis
  • Planning, co-ordinate and approval from LM Global
  • Define assortment and optimize Sku portfolio


Sales Operations

  • Compilation from all SAPAC markets and analysis of the New Launch, existing portfolio and category potential




  • Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of consumer marketing and communications experience required
  • Beauty industry knowledge
  • Good writing skills and have extensive hands-on experience with a variety of consumer communications channels. 
  • Be able to understand the various marketing channels including direct, web, social influencer community, event management and media (with focus on social media)
  • Experience in designing and implementing cross-channel communications strategies.
  • Experience in planning and executing a 360-degree marketing campaign that encompass ROI tracking mechanisms in place.
  • Able to build good collaborative relationships with key personnel throughout the enterprise.
  • Flexible to work in collaboration with our team in the US time zone requirements
  • Comfortable in a flexible, fluid and occasionally ambiguous operating environment
  • Experienced in managing makeup brand(s) will be preferred
