Regional Marketing Executive, ACPC

MAIN PURPOSE

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Planning

  • Participate in and contribute to Watson specific project planning processes within ACPC, providing support on gathering further insights
  • Facilitate communication between local affiliates and drive alignment between all stakeholders, including local countries, HQ and independent agencies
  • Maintain database of project elements including but not limited to minutes, budget sheets, KVs, project briefs and presentation decks

Implementation

  • Lead communication and executions with all stakeholders, including local countries, HQ and agencies
  • Set up effective communications channels for all necessary discussions and negotiations
  • Gatekeep project timelines and maintain targets to be met, including comments, reviews, budget tracking, sales tracking and approval process
  • Fulfil HQ internal processes such as payments and report updates

Evaluation

  •  Work with stakeholders to set clear KPIs and timelines to review projects

 

ORGANIZATION IMPROVEMENT

  • Achieve effective and productive communications within the team
  • Assist with funding management and suggest continuous improvements
  • Understand local countries’ demographics, needs and challenges, and respond effectively to provide liaison support between stakeholders where necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on local countries’ status and progress, suggesting relevant improvements and provide liaison support between stakeholders when needed
  • Key contact person for specific country to drive productivity within the Country

Ad-Hoc Support

  • Support Key account Management group, Director on the day to day work in Singapore

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Diploma/University Degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in brand management preferred and preferably in FMCG industry 
  • Strong aesthetic flair and love of beauty care category
  • Keen understanding of consumers and beauty care category
  • Some understanding of the FMCG market & consumer behaviour
  • Demonstrate skills in influencing, negotiation, planning & co-ordination
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Outgoing personality with a positive and very hands-on attitude
  • Self-Motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
  • Good team player with high level of integrity
  • Able to work independently
  • Good working attitude with a positive mindset to learn and progress 
  • Expert in PowerPoint and Presentation
  • Excellent communication skills, including good command of spoken and written English
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin (Due to China and Taiwan markets)
